Objectives

  • To educate early-career healthcare practitioners on people‐centered HIV care to ensure long term treatment success, with a focus on integrating theoretical knowledge into current clinical practice
  • To explore the patient’s journey for lifelong good health from diagnosis, linkage to care, treatment, retention in care and health-related quality of life
  • To review novel developments and recent updates in HIV management
  • To provide up-to-date information on vaccination as a vital component of comprehensive care

Participant profile

National participation, for physicians working in the field of HIV, meeting the following criteria:
• Early-career MD with experience in treating HIV infection of approx. 3-5 years
• Currently working in the field of HIV
• With a strong interest in improving HIV care.

CME accreditation:
The Society for HIV/AIDS and Infectious diseases will apply for EACCME European accreditation.
